K, I might just be a worried mother but I cant get back to sleep cuz I cant stop watching danica. Last night, I nursed her and right after at about 12:30am last night, she spit up lots of breast milk (i didnt know if it was from the car cuz we just finished driving back to the apartment and I didnt know if she got sick from the car). Then this mornin at 7am, I breastfed her again and while she was sleeping, she spit up some more breast milk. I got scared becuz it was while she was sleeping! I dont know if this is normal or what but between those two feedings, I also fed her twice and she seemed okay. Should I call the doctor?? Im so worried I cant stop watching her in case she spits up again. Is it vomit or spit up?? Plz someone, I need to rest and I cant until I know she's okay!!

I am no mother, but I will try to help you since you are worried!
She is probably just spitting up. Does she have a fever? If she doesn't have a fever and has kept down the other feedings then I wouldn't worry too much. But when you put her in her crib, lay her on her stomach. If she continues to spit up/vomit then I would call your doctor. I hope I helped at least a little. I would be worried too! I am a very paranoid person!

Hey
It's normal. And I am sure it's spitting up. Kaitlyn spit up a lot which is why at 3 months we had to spoon feed her cereal! I am sure it's nothing, but you can always call a doc if you get too worried hun.

Try to make sure you burp her really well after every feeding. That might help some.
