Foods and Latex Allergies

My daughter has a severe allergy to latex. Her mouth, throat, lips, etc. Swell immediately and blister and crack and she gets mild asthma-like symptoms. She is allergic to all tropical fruits, nuts and the tree leaves that the nuts grow on. She seems to be developing more allergies all the time, this summer she became lactose intollerant and developed an allergy to watermelon, she is also allergic to all fruits except tomatoes, apples and bananas. Why is this occurring? Anyone have ideas or similar problems?
