I am having lower stomach pains, lower back pains and mid to lower back pains..I also am very tired feeling and having problems catching my breath..Could these be signs of being pregnant? I am currently on the pill but I did miss a pill this month which was actually the day after I had sex....I took a pregnancy test today (during the day) and it came back negative but I still feel funny! I am not due for my period until the last week of august..Is it to soon to take a pregnancy test? My husband and I do want a baby and we were going to start trying in november...But it would be great if I was pregnant now... I have also had sisk on my ovaries before and the sharp pain in my lower stomach feels like the same thing but then I feel.........Diffrent........Like that is not what the problem is this time...What do you think..Please help! :d

I think you need to see your doctor as soon as possible.
If it is your cyst returned then you need treatment.
If you are pregnant you need to stop your birth control pills - but you do need to find out.
If you are not pregnant you need to find the cause of these symptoms.
Also if you are pregnant you need to start ante-natal care and vitamins (plus folic acid).
Hope you get the answer you want
