K maybe this is normal? Anyhow garret will be 4 weeks tomorrow!, I had bleeding for 3 weeks which is common.. But then it stopped and 2 days after it stopped, I decided to do some crunches (did about 150..50, front, and 50 on each side) which isnt a lot for me at all compared to my usual work out before pregnancy. .Anyhow, the next day I started spotting again..Its not alot or anything, but I still am (todays the 3rd day) and today I noticed its quite bright of a red color. Do you think it could be from the crunches? Do you think its too soon? Or is it common to re-start a little? Thanks!

Its not a big deal but you are doing too much too soon. You aren't supposed to exercise until u get the ok from the doc at ur 6 week post-partum appt.

Lol! Its only been 10 days for me and I tried to start walking lots and my bleeding got brighter and increased. The public health nurse told me its becuz my body isnt fully healed and its a way of telling me that I shouldnt do too much. So u shoud wait until after ur 6 week appt to see how things are going, then slowly slowly start again. Do only like 20 crunches and wait few hours, see I theres anything then continue on another 20.... Just take it slow so u wont hurt ur body!
Also, how long did u bleed heavy for? Im still bleeding heavy, 10 days later, and im not sure if its from too much activity.... Is this normal? Lol!

Thanks so much girls I hope its not a prob, it seemed to have slowed down again so I will hold off on working out besides walking till its been 6 weeks (2 weeks from now) and shauna im sure its normal. I bled pretty heavy for about 2 weeks.,. Then I still bleed for another week, just not as heavy. I know, doesnt the time fly?!?!? I hate how fast they grow! Garret is 4 weeks!!! Shocked
