I have these little bumps around the head of my penis, they arnt on the head but where the head and the shaft meet. I have only had one sexual partner but we always used condoms and were both virgins. I was just wondering what this could be? They came over night kpretty much but never cause any pain. Any advice would help thanks

Bizzarre. I have them too. And too have had sex only twice and used protection. And the wierd part is I had the bumps even before i've had sex.

So how about one of us goes to the doc. And finds out what it is and get back to us.

Oh and im uncircumsized. And also I would go to the doc but as of right now I have no ins. And im broke.

Well, it sounds like you need some assurance from a doc. I"ve the same issue and have had it before I can honestly remember.(probably my early childhood). It probably looks like very small white coloured bumps and
they appear around the head of your penis. My doc said it's normal, and not to worry about it.
Don't know much about treatments, if there's any at all for this.
Most importantly, see your doctor.

First of all....What colour or the bumps...This could mean something....If they are white...It can be caused by calcium deposits and thats ok...If they are red...Then this could mean a few things...One being allergic to the condums.... You may want to get it checked out

I also have these bumps on around the base of my penis. Im only 17 but have had them as long as I can remember and definately before I had any sexual contact. Does any one know of any treatment for this condition? And can I transmit it to anyone sexually?

Hey,
i've only just plucked up the courage to talk online about this. I'm thinking a couple years back I developed tiny white bumps on my penis shaft and a couple near the foreskin. I've been pretty worried and since this happened I always break off relationships incase it's something bad. I'd never want to get someone I loved a disease, if thats the case. I'm so relieved that i'm not the only one.

Get the Weight Off Your Chest! Go See the Doc!
I went years with these with no courage to go to a doctor. I was a virgin but was tired of worrying about them. I went to the doctor and he told me they were hair follicles (sp?) and many men have them, including my doc!

I never had the internet to talk about this with others and I wouldn't dare bring it up with my friends Embarassed , so it is great that this is available for guys today.

But seriously, its probably nothing, just go to a doctor and hear it from them. Believe me, you will get a ton of weight off your chest. :d

Go to the Doc Anyways
Just go to the doc, just in case. Chances are there is nothing to worry about but be safe.

And dont be embarrassed, the doc probably ha sseen them hundreds o times and I am sure has seen much worse.

Ok I guess, we have three different things here.

1.Those tiny little white bumps around the back of the penis head are absolutely normal and nothing to worry about.

2. The bumps around the shaft, should in some cases contain little hairs and therefore are absolutely harmelss and normal aswell.

3. Bumps on the front of your penis head are not normal.
In most cases they are a signal for a sexualy transmitted disease. Papilloma or something in that direction. You should definetly see a doctor about this.

Its Alrite, Its Normal
I have these little white bumps on the lower part of my penis head too. I also have some on the side of my penis. They are little bumps that are white and really stick out? Its normal. I am 14 and still a virgin. I forgot the name of the condition, but I did alot of research on it. Its nothing to be worried about. If you don't masterbate alot, the bumps will seem to get smaller. I think there's creams you can ask your doctor about to make them go away.
