Im just wondering. .Those that have had their babies, how soon after did u go out, have someone watch him/her? (not all the time, just sometimes, like go out w/ friends, a boyfriend etc ) I have 2 times and hes 3 1/2 weeks. Once to the movies and straight home.. And once to eat but only for like 30 minutes. I just feel like I would be a bad mom if I went out and left him here so soon? Or is it normal this soon? How long do you think u should wait? Im just talking about sometimes, not daily or anything. Thanks!

I have only left josh 3 times and he is 4 1/2 months. But I enjoy taking him places. 2 times were in his first 10 days cuz I was spending time with dewitt. (ugh) lol. I don't see any problem with leaving garret with your mom or whoever for a couple of hours. I know I need my me time and my sister will play with josh for a few minutes while I shower or jump on here or whatever. Everyone needs me time! So don't feel bad!

Well, I am not a mommy, but I am going to answer anyway!Lol.
I feel that it is okay whenever you are ready. Because if you aren't ready, you will know, if he isn't ready you will know, and if you have someone that you really trust to leave him with then it is no big deal. You do need some alone time, ya know.
Overnight is a different story! Everyone I know who has kids didn't leave their baby with someone else overnight for a long, long time! Too hard!
But anyway, yeah whenever you feel that you are ready is fine.
