Can anyone please give me advice on what to do, this is how it happened
i am 19 years of age, I have been training in wushu (acrobatic kung fu) and gymnastics, I went to the park and preformed a back flip which hurt my lower back, but I payed no attention, then I did a jumping twisting inside cresent kick, which hurt like hell. I took two weeks off training, then got back into it and the pain struck again in form of nerve pain mixed with muscle pain from the right side of my lower back to hamstring, I also had minor groin pain. This basically developed into a pattern, I take time off, the pain completely goes away, I get back into training, pain comes back from doing mostly twisting motions, it also hurts like hell when I arch my back, or twist to my left, or raise my right leg upto my left shoulder, I have been going to the physio, he told me the pain keeps coming back because I have bad posture, he told me to do some core training, I did that, but I had doubts because I did not feel like my join injury has healed, so a friend suggested that I go to a chiropractor, and that when the sacroiliac joint injury occurs, the joints lock so I need to unlock them, I went to a chiropractor 3 times and each time he twisted my back, and there was a cracking noise, the third time I went he told me that I must be well by now, and that the inflamation is gone, he said I can get back into training, so I did, and it hurt like hell, but after those chiro visits it realy felt like the pain turned more into a muscle pain rathr then anything else, but it is savere, which makes me think its got to be something else besides muscles, then again it might be just a bad muscle pain, after training it really hurts no matter what I do, even if I raise my leg forward. I went back to the physio, he said he doesn't like the idea of chiropractor manipulating my joints, and that if I practice core strengthening exercies it will reduce the pain. I asked him whether the core exercise strengthens the core muscles, but he told me it just stabalizes them, I can help thinking how does stasbalizing these muscles and getting a good posture going to reduce my back pain. Its been 3 month since I got the injury, the style of martial arts that I do (wushu) is very extreme and high impact, there is absolutely no way I can train and improve wih this pain, also this is very important to me so I can't give up my training. Sorry if it was too much to read, but please help.
