What do you mean by inside your body? Do you mean in your stomach (like if you ingested it) or do you mean under your skin?
Under your skin, yes. In your stomach, no. Stomach acid would kill it. However, I suppose if you swallowed a tick and it attached itself to your throat or something that maybe it could live there. I dunno though.

But what if it climbed up your throat and layed eggs or went to other areas like in your nasal passage way is that possible

I don't know for sure, but I really don't see why not. I mean, they live off of your blood, so as long as they were attached to you and weren't in your stomach acid or anything I guess so. And as long as they could breath. (i think they need to breath, right?) but the chances are very slim of this happening. At least I would think so. Don't quote me on any of this, because I really don't know for sure!
