The other day alexanders biological father (who only comes around..Once and awhile..And doesnt pay child support) said he was coming over today. I asked him when and he said in between 8-12...Well I told him I had plans and that I wasnt going to be around that whole time. Well I didn't feel like sitting here waiting so pat came and picked me and alexander up at 10. While I was sitting at patricks sister beccas house mom called me and said the cops are probably gonna show up. I was like..What??? Why??? She said that stephen brought over his fat uncle and his new wife up to the door and asked to see alexander and i. Mom told him that I wasnt here..And I guess his stupid wife went back to the van and told stephens mom that I wasnt here and she started to run her mouth. I guess stephens mom yells out the window at mom "call the f***ing cops"....And started yelling at mom and stuff.....So I was really ticked off..Told mom if the cops showed up for them to go to beccas house and if his stupid mom or wife says anything I will punch both of them in there faces, because they don't pay caca and they come around whenever....And they need to mind their own god damn buisness. So if the cops come here....They can kiss my white as$...Because stephen has no rights. Stephen, can see his son, but can't take him...Because of the simple fact, that once I hand him over...He has all the right in the world to do whatever with alexander. His wife and his mom can't see alexander if they're gonna start crap....Urgh...I wish they would just dissapear.

You need to go to court, and try to get child support. I hate when people don't get it. And then you can file for sole custody, so if he wants to see him he has to have your permission and you don't have to let him see his son. What state do you live in? I'll try to get you some info.

Aww, i'm so sorry you have to go through this. Sad unless he pays child support, I don't think he should have any rights, and if no paternaty test has been done, then he doesn't have any rights so if that hasn't been done, tell him to go screw his wife and leave you and your baby alone!!!

Ita, if you haven't taken a paternity test ,he doesn't have any rights at all, and don't let anyone tell you different. So if the police come tell them that, you were not married to this jerk befor or after your baby was concieved and no paternity test has been done, so he has no proof that he is the father of the baby, and therefore has no right to see him.

I agree. Put your foot down. Either he pays or he doesn't see alexander! If he's going to make you take him to court for money, make him take you to court for visitation.

Of course it would be better to come up with an agreement outside of the court, because he could get equal unsupervised custody and that would be super sh|tty. But make him think you're going to sue him if he doesn't back off or pay up.

Well believe me if his mom and wife are teling him what to do, he'll do it. And ya never know they may want to take him away. If you file for sole custody they can't do that. And where you live after you file for custody he has 30 days to respond, and if he doesn't you can file for a judgement by default meaning, you may just be awarded custofy without going to court at all. And while this whole process is going on you don't even have to let him see alex. And if they try to call the police all you have to do it tell them that you have filed for custody and there is no custody order or visitation order in place, so it is kind of stupid but possesion is nine tenths of the law. So if you have him you can keep him until it is over or a judge says different.

I hate you have to go through all this. You have enough stress in your life, and you don't deserve any of this! You do whatever you have to do to keep alexander and yourself safe. This guy and his family sounds like scary people, and you and alex do not need this!!!!! If there is anything I can do, i'll drive up there and kick his butt along with you!!!

Love,
megan
