The other night (3 days ago), my patch fell off. But I didn't find out though until the next morning, and I had, had sex that night. I didn't have an extra patch, so I figured I would wait till I put on my last one. Which was to be tuesday. And today, I started bleeding. As if I had started my period. So I freaked out, and I put on my third patch. Now i'm out of patches, and no clue whats going on with me.

Could I be pregnant? Period out of whack? Should I wait another month for it now?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The same thing happened to me so I was just gonna wait and I put my next patch on about 2 days later when I was supposed to put the last one on, but I then I started bleeding. So I waited out a day and I was still bleeding (really heavy) so I just took the patch off and said this is gonna have to be the patch free week and went and got more patchs and started the following week and now everything is fine.

It is the same as missing a pill or two. You will start spotting. Because you were missing the patch for those couple of days, your body was not getting the hormones so it is just like you missed a couple of pills. When this happens, definately use a backup birth control method for at least a week to be sure. But, if you have this problem frequently then you may want to try the pill. Yes, it is a pain to remember to take it, but at least it doesn't just "fall off"!
