Q: Treatment For Abnormal Uterus

Hi, I recently had an hsg done to find out why I was not able to conceive. The results came back and I found out I have an abnormal uterus (instead of being whole, it is split down the middle) and this is hindering my chances of becoming pregnant and staying pregnant. I've had 2 miscarriages already. Is there a treatment for this? If so, can you tell me what the procedures and costs are, and how can I go about getting one done. Sad
