I'm 51 and a couple of years ago I injured my wrist by repeatedly hitting tennis balls. The problem is that it hurts when I use it while it is bent backward . The pain is on the back of my hand mostly. It is sore to the touch along the bone to my middle finger. I reinjure it if I hit something with my hand while the wrist is bent backward; such as hammering a nail. Anyone know a cure for this?
