I would love to try and test your impecable wits, but I tend to agree with you. Your statement is alittle harsh but, we all have our different styles!

Ps: muscle does not turn into fat but, damaged muscle fibers can be replaced by fat!

A sticky can only be a sticky if all of the information is correct. It also cannot insult people as yours did so you really need to get off of your high horse and start treating people with respect around here.

And what information may you be speaking of is not correct. Its all usefull and correct information that should be read. People around here need some thicker skin. This post did not insult anyone. This is how I present information. You think its harsh then read past that. Its not meant to be taken personally. So dont dwell on it.

First of all I am not dwelling on anything, I was simply answering your question. There were a lot of things in your post that were not 100% correct, and yes, you were insulting.
People do not need to get "thicker skin" around here. You need to learn to follow the forum rules before you get banned. You can make a point without starting groundless debates and without calling people pathetic and telling people what to do.
If you were not insulting people then your post would not have been deleted which it obviously was.

How low can you go to deleate a post. Thats sad. There was great information in there. So maybe for some little princesses in here it was a little harsh. Dont take what I say personally. I put things into perspective and may be an @ss at times. State something that was incorrect. It is all correct and will all work. Who was I insulting? Nobody. Look at mpt at the begining of this. He was fine about. He looked past it and didnt take it so personally. There was no need at all to deleate it.

Firstly, it is delete. Secondly, I didn't freakin delete it! I said it was deleted, not that I did. I cannot delete your posts! For goodness sakes.
I cannot name what wasn't correct in it, because it isn't there anymore, and I didn't memorize it.
I am glad that mpt was fine about your post. That is wonderful. You can say "don't take what I say personally" until you are blue in the face, but the bottom line is that insulting people and being ignorant is just not allowed on this forum. Those are just the rules, we didn't make them. Just respect that and everything will be cool.
Why don't you try re-posting your information without insulting people and telling people what to do in an ignorant manner. I am sure it will stay if you do that.

Well, seriously, post your info again. I am sure that if you do it without insulting anyone then you could ask admin to make it a sticky.
