Danica And I Are Home!! Posted: 08-06-04 14:10pm
Hey girls!!
Man I missed this forum so much!!!! I see
tim's let u know how it all went! I guess I went to
the hospital at 6:30 am with contractions
5-7 minutes apart but they wouldnt
progress so by 4 pm, they induced me and
gave me a shot of demerol. I fell asleep
and I remember waking up 3 hours later,
feeling like I had to take the biggest
s**t in the world!!!! I was tryin to go
to the bathroom but the nurses my mom and
tim wouldnt let me. I only thought I was
about 5 cm dilated cuz when they gave m
the pitcoin, I was only 3 cm... But in 3
hours I went from 3-10! When I woke up
and told em I had to go to the bathroom,
the nurse said "ill check u first" and she
checked and said "well ur ready to push!"
so 10 minutes later, I gave birth to my
beautiful baby girl!!!!! We named her
danica rayne ryan, 7 lbs, 2 oz and 19 and
a half inches long i'll post pics in a
bit. Its going well with her! She sleeps
all night but shes fussy in the mornings.
Breastfeeding is going well.... Still
hurts but im trying lol! I only needed 2
stitches too phew! I am also soooo proud
cuz I didnt take the epidural! I couldnt
believe it! My doc said my labour was so
good becuz I did a lot fo walking. Im a
little tired.... Danicas sleeping right
now so I might take a nap soon but ill
quickly post some pics, and I gotta try to
ctach up on some stuff I missed here!

Did I miss any babies bein born?? I need

once again on your baby girl now go get some
cute pink clothes girl . Youll have fun
shopping for ur lil girl I know I have a
blast lol. Cant wait to see pictures:)

Congrats. I hope it only takes me an hour
or two to fully dialate, and I would love
to have to push for only 10 minutes.

She started crying earlier so I had to
stop. But I gotta switch em to shutterfly
and then post em!
Yah I was very appy with my labour, so all
u preggy ladies, walk walk walk! It does
make a wondeful difference! I am very
surprised I didnt take the epi, but by the
time I woke up and said "i want the
epdirual" they said "no its time for u to
push" lol!
Oh wait shes crying again, ill put pics up
