Q: Lack of Bone In My Skull?

I had an accident before 20 years and I get concussin syndrome with headache until now. I feel that there is a lack of bone in my skull and I did not connet this to my concussin. I feel like a little hole in the skull ' and it it seems to me that this demage my nerves etc... How I can realize that this hole connect to the accident. The accident was when I was driving a motorcycle. Thank you in advance.
