Urgent !
If I bend over to do something, (as just happened about 1/2 hour ago) I will often get a torsion, twisting gut feeling and I must stand up and massage left of abdomin. Now after the spasm/intestinal torsion, I have a relatively strong pain in my lower left abdomen. Is it gas? Confused
I had gastric bypass surgery in 1988 (somewhat successfull - but am 5'7" 210 lbs.) have had much difficulty with raw veggies, meat etc. - will cause stomach pain and sometimes is only relieved by vomiting - very upsetting.

I am very fearful about the intestinal spasms and twisting. And pain. What could be causing this? How long should I rest before being concerned with these symptoms? Confused

Help anyone - asap!
Thank you.
