Just wondering whether any of the forum members have had any success with traction as a form of treatment for their back condition?

believe it or not the only thing is riding my mt. bike it may have something to do with bending over the handle bars and not sitting up right. i have to do it three times a week or i'm shot. i heve bludging discs, fractured disc, have had 4 ops and they want to do another getting second opinion

hi im new to the chat thing. I have been in pain from a fall for over a year now and im finaly getting to see a ortho dr tomarrow. i was told i have osteoarthritis with cyst in my lt hip. im so worried about tomarrow. im 37 and i know the wont do a hip replacement yet any advice on what to do or expect from dr. besides pain pills.. thank you

... my pain is unescapable, it fallows me to sleep, it fallows me to work, taughting me befor i wake in my dreams, a ever lasting, what can some one offer other then drugs for such a thing??? other then becomeing a guru of the mind which im already trying to acheive or is this my destined path which i alone must walk?
