Do I Have Penis Warts/spots?

Hey, im a 16 year old guy, and im havin some problems with my penis; for the past few months now ive started noticing loads of little white bumps (almost like white pimples) on it, ive squeesed a few and a little pus comes out, so im guessing these are what? Penis spots? I dunno what it could be. I'm too embarassed to go to a doctor to find out what's wrong so could anyone give me any clues about what to do? These white dots are covering the whole of my scrotum too...
