I also have punctate keratitis, and yes it is painful and I also have dry eyes. I use artificial tears 8 times a day. Do warm compresses 3 times a day and take a docycycline once a day. I also use genteal at night before I go to bed. What do you take?

I too have punctate keratitis and have been on 2 kinds of steroids and now on albalon or vasocon. No comfort yet. This has been going on since early dec. What is this caused from? I used to wear contacts but stopped since I was diagnosed. Any info would greatly be appreciated.
