Bach Rescue Remedy - Miracle In a Bottle Posted: 08-03-04 06:23am
Hello there people,
i just wanted to give a little shout out
to the fab products that are bach flower
remedies.
I was introduced to rescue remedy years
ago by a friend who had used it to
overcome her fear of flying (and having
previously witnessed her panic attacks,
this was quite a feat). I've since used
it to calm my nerves before exams,
presentations (for the first time in my
life I don't go red and start shaking!)
and even when I have an arguement with my
boyfriend and don't want to cry, I put a
couple of sprays on my tongue and hey
presto...I chill right out!
I've since looked a bit more into the
whole range of remedies and have even
attended a level 1 course at the nelsons
pharmacy in london. Very inspiring.
I've found that clematis works wonders
when I can't concentrate at work. I put
a couple of drops on my tongue and in my
water and without realising it, a couple
of hours have passed and my concentration
hasn't wavered. I've also had the same
success with white chestnut (for unwanted
thoughts and preoccupations). This is
great when you've got too much on your
mind and can't sleep for thinking about
it.
Anyway, I would highly recommend that you
try these

I am going to be taking my level 3
practitioner training in a few weeks...The
great thing is you don't need a
practitioner for bach flowers, but
sometimes it can help to talk things
through to narrow down which remedies
would help. I'd love to help out if
anyone needs a second opinion on what
remedies to choose.
