Yes you can.....I have been doing yoga from ever since I found out that I was pregnant....It helps you relax, strech out the mucsles that you need for child birth, and I feel so much better when I do it. All I did was buy a prenatal tape and it 100% safe :d

Yoga Good For More Than Exercise
My Dr. Informed me that if you exercise regularly before pregnancy than you are 100% safe to continue. Yoga is one of the best exercises you can do during pregnancy. Not only does it keep you in shape, it also lengthens and strengthens muscles you will need for child birth. The breathing exercises will also help you out with the lamaze part of child birth. Pay close attention to the yoga breath exercises. The cleansing breath or (relaxation breath) helped me out emensly when I delivered my daughter....100% natural- no drugs needed!

Home Yoga While Pregnant
Hi there,

I've just ventured into home yoga practice myself, and the same thing was bothering me.

I've checked out a few sites that I've used for home yoga tutorials, and in getting started with my home yoga experience, and it seems that yoga in general is safe while pregnant, but that there are poses you'll want to avoid!

I would suggest looking for a book on yoga while pregnant, or maybe getting a home yoga instructor or even a home yoga DVD for pregnant women, to play it safe?
