This has happened to me my whole life just not as bad, that I would get an erection for no reason, even when not thinking of women at all. And when I see a girl the erection lasts the whole time, off and on, that I see her.

You're young, inexperienced and your hormones are going crazy. After a while they may start to become more and more infrequent. Your girl isn't going to leave you because you get an erection all the time.
