Does having a miscarriage pro-long your chances of getting pregnant if you are ttc after?

Just curious.

Well my sis miscarried december 4th I think it was.. And got pregnant a week later Surprised lol! I know quite soon.. But now shes 34 weeks and babys healthy. They say its not good right after in case of scar tissue... My doc told her that she should wait till she gets one regular period and then its okay to try. I hope everythings good with u Smile
