I was on depo provera sense febuary I took my 2nd shot in in may and when I wa due for my 3rd shot in july I changed and just got on the pill this past monday well for the past month, my breast have been really tender plus on top that I get tired real easy and if my boy friend says 1 little thing I cry, I didnt act like this the 1st shot and not until 2 months after taking the 2nd shot. Im hungry alot more then usual him and I are having sex with out a condom or any thing and we have sex atleast every other day. I switched from depo-provera to tri-levlen 28 but have only been on the tri-levlen 7 days and have had breast tenderness the past 4 weeks so what do you all think?

Hun I really doubt you're pregnant. I'm on ortho tri cyclen lo, and I have mild depression. I get really emotional at times, and my breasts are always tender. I really really doubt you're pregnant, all the symptoms that you're listing are symptoms of birth control. If you're doing everything right, taking the pill on time, and taking them everyday and nto missing pills, i'm pretty sure you're fine. Keep us posted on how everything works out. If you have any more questions i'd be glad to help. Good luck to you!

I agree.. It sounds like it's just the pills that are causing the symptoms.. You probably are sensitive to the hormones.

But for 5 months on depo all I had was headachs and a constant period and 1 month before my 3rd shot was do it started but for 5 months nothing. I have only been on the pill for a week. So the brest tenderness started 4 weeks or so ago.

It is probably just the hormones. You may want to ask your doctor to put you on a different pill that will not make you emotional or have the tenderness.
You most likely are not pregnant, but if it will make you feel better wait until your suppose to get your next period and take a test.
