I am a male the age of 15 and I
accidentally started masturbating at 12,
and I really want to stop cause I always
get erections now and I hate that so much
so any advise on how to stop would help me
alot and I know I am young but I would
really appreciate it.

Red,you are a normal teenage guy!If you
masturbate,you erection goes away for
awhile,right?There's nothing wrong with
masturbation unless it is preventing you
from living a normal life(spending time
alone to masturbate vs spending time with
friends or avoiding social situations so
you can be alone to masturbate).I think
most of your friends are going through the
same thing,but I know that this is
something most guys don't talk about.As
long as you masturbate in private,who
cares??Do you feel ashamed of it?You
should not,everyone does it and I do mean
everyone!Men,women we all do it,most don't
admit it.Let me assure you,you are
normal.Hopefully your family knows to
knock if your door is closed!I always
knock on my stepson's door,he's your age
andi have no doubt he's doing the same
thing you are in there.As long as it's
