I am a personal trainer. There is no
magic pill or magic way to lose weight
fast. The only healthy quick way is eat
good healthy food, and rather than eating
3 large meals, eat more frequent (i.E. 5
meals) meals that are smaller in amount.
This will speed your metabolism. If you
simply just starve yourself you might lose
weight but you will be losing too much
muscle. Starving makes your body's
metabolism slow and it actually stores
more fat because it senses fasting. So
diet is very important. Second, cardio.
Perform cardio a minimum of 3 days a week
with 30 min sessions and get your heart
rate up! Running melts the fat off the
quickest. Doing that (eventually) like 5
days a week and eating right the weight
loss will snowball and it will melt off.
You will see results probably after the
first few weeks. Good luck and let me

I agree with the personal trainer** more
meals a day, smaller portions and doing
cardio* dont go overboard though. And
whatever u do , u still have to eat enough
to keep your metabolism going, especially
when working out*

I definatly agree with the pt. 5-6 meals
a day enough protein and carbohydrates.
Veggies with a couple of your meals each
day. Cardio. It's work. It isn't fun
running until you get used to it and it
becomes easier. The more you do it the
easier it becomes, the more fun it
becomes. Always work though. If your not
willing to put forth an effort and really
push yourself on your 20-30 minute runs.
It just isn't going to happen overnight.
Determination and willpower keep you going
at first but like pushing a box, it's
harder to get started than to keep going.
It becomes a lifestyle. Gl and enjoy it.

Get a dog!
I just got a big dog -- now I don't feel
guilty about leaving a bit of food on my
plate, since it won't go to waste. Plus,
I take her out walking for at least an
hour altogether each day. I've had her a
month and i've already lost three pounds,
plus I am much more fit, with fat turning
to muscle especially on my bum and thighs.

Hey nessa.
Everyone is different.I was never a
big woman,but every woman wants to be
little.I wanted to lose weight quickly to
"show" my now ex-husband I can look
good,and to show myself I can do it! (to
put me down,he used to call me horrible
names)i don't really like exercising but I
started the slim-fast diet back in 2000.I
drank 1-8oz.Glass of sf in the morning,and
1-8oz.Glass in the afternoon and 1 meal at
dinner.I stopped eating bread,potatoes,and
all sweets,except for 3-4 cups of coffee
all day...Hey,i'm not a saint:) do you
believe I lost 25 pounds in1 1/2
months?When I went out one night I bumped
into my ex-husband and he said,"what are
ya trying to do,kill me". I was all
decked out,dressed in black,my hair and
nails done.So..... My method is
slim-fast...And water throughout the day.I
still keep my weight down.It also has alot
to do with will power.I don't want to look
like "slim jim" but I don't feel
comfortable being big.Water gets ya moving
also. I use the powder sf.It's cheaper.I
fill my empty bottle of 12oz oj to the
middle with milk and a scoop of
vanilla,strawberry,or chocolate powder
sf,shake it up,and there is my breakfast
and lunch.(i will snack on crackers in the
afternoon to suppress my appetite).I do
not eat dinner after 7or 8pm.Have a nice
day...Smile:)
