Extremely eHealthy
I just wanted to know if anyone has an idea why this happened. I work in a restaraunt as a dishwasher but yesterday the dishes were slow so I cut vegetables. I was cutting squash and I was doing that tilt type of cut where the blade point touches the cutting board the whole time and I rock the knife to cut it. I noticed I was shaking really bad while I was doing it. I don't know if it was from my hypothyroid or all the meds I took before I went to work, I took 2 equate pain relievers for my headache, 200 mcg of synthroid and 1 caffeine pill equal to 2 cups of coffee, I also had 1 pitcher of coke. I never noticed a prob before and that is my usual cocktail when I go to work but I have never used my hand in a way that I would notice shaking because I was always putting dishes away except for yesterday. I'm thinking it was the massive amount of caffeine and the way I was holding the knife that made me so shaky. I don't know, what do you all think?
