Q: Early Onset of Hip Problems?

I recently went to the Dr. For stomach cramps and was referred for an xray. Needless to say, my stomach was fine, but the radiologist noted something on the report. He states " there are mild degenerative changes in both hips to include a subchondral cyst within the right acetabulum, also there are multiple calcifications within the inferior aspect of the pelvis which are likely phleboliths" i'm a 43 y/o male that has no symptoms of hip problems. Since I am still deployed to iraq and don't have access to a specialist, can you tell me what this means?I know this relates to the early onset of arthritis. . Is this normal for my age and can anything be done if/before symptoms appear? At the "mild" stage, when do things start changing for the worse and what can I expect in the future. Is it possible this can stay in the present stage with no symptoms for the rest of my life?Maybe i'm worrying for nothing, but being in a war zone is enough stress let alone finding out something most people get later in life.
Thank you
