I just found this board and I wish I had found it weeks ago! Lots of info here. Anyway, I had a biopsy the end of may and was diagnosed with basal cell skin cancer. I am scheduled to have a mohs procedure tomorrow. It is a pretty small area up by my hairline on my forehead.
I guess all my years at the beach are catching up with me. I am of irish ancestry and have blonde hair and green eyes and am 47 years old. I guess that's pretty typical, from what i've read the past few weeks.
I was interested to read the thread about mohs scars. I didn't realize the scar will be so big. Of course, with it on my forhead, I am a little worried. But, i'm praying they can get it all out, and what the heck, I can always have bangs cut!!!

Glad to be here! Confused
