See a Doctor
Definately would have no syptoms of pregnancy yet. Even implantation (when the fertilized egg attaches to the uterine wall) doesn't present with such symptoms. Cramping possibly yes, but usually only a dull ache on one side for a short period of time. I agree, it may be a urinary tract infection which is common with some sexually active people who are not savvy with what causes them * or her urethra has been irritated. Cramps while peeing is not a usual symptom of conception. She needs to see a Dr. Immediately. Pain while peeing and sometimes, peeing being interuppted, and cramping when finished are definate signs of a uti. If it is she needs an antibiotic immediately.

*if you are not careful and you touch her anus or surrounding area with your hand or penis (accidently sometimes when trying to "find" the right area is common) or get too close, you can easily spread bacteria to her vagina and eurethra causing a urinary tract (bladder), or yeast infections. Also, you have to make sure your penis is always clean, especially if you are not circumcised. This also spreads infection. Some oils, powders, soaps, lotions, spermicides and even condoms can cause uti's in women. (not a reason for you to stop using condoms, I will say it even though you know it, that was just not a smart thing to do even if it felt better). The best way to prevent these things is being careful and keeping washed before and after sex. Some women are really prone to them. Get used to it...
