Hi, my name is steven and im 22 years old.
Well, I have tight foreskin since I was a
kid till now. Suprisingly I got no
problem with it. There's no itch, swell
or what-so-ever. Passing water with no
problem even though the opening is small.
I usually dip my penis in warm water when
taking my bath.
Well, i've been going through the internet
for treatment if necessary. Found a
couple of articles, and some said that
phimosis (tight foreskin) may lead to
cancer. Man, is this true? Coz it got me
worried now. Of course I cant really pull
back my foresking to see my glans and wash
it as well. Even during erection, I dont
feel any discomfort, but only my foreskin
wont go back. Should I go for the cut or
shouldnt i? In terms of stretching my
foreskin, im kinda afraid to it coz I may
hurt it.
Pls help...

Try "bio-oil" and gently stretch the skin
a tiny bit each day (preferably do this
several times a day) and over the course
of a few weeks/months you should notice it
is getting easier to pull back a bit more
each time.

Hello seven
i will be 20 in a couple of months and I
suffer from an identical problem. I too
have done a great deal of reading on the
subject. In many cases that I have read
if the foreskin has been tight for as long
as you can remember this indicates that
development may not have yet finished. I
know this sounds strange and may seem out
of the question. I understand that
waiting may not be an option any longer as
you would like to have the problem
resolved. Remember that radial
circumcision is gradually becoming an
outdated and unneccesary procedure which
can be traumatic and lead to
desensitisation. Obviously you must draw
your own decision. I am aware of
alternative treatments, such as the use of
topical steroid cream, however I think
this is related to phimosis due to a
condition known as bxo and may not be
relevant to your particular circumstances.
I hope this has been of help to you. Any
input from yourself would be welcome. Try

helpfull information

Hi People!
my name is, coincidently, also stephen.
I'm only 14 and havn't fully developed but
nearly i think. within the last 6 months i
have realized that i have this problem. i
hadn't realized that this was a problem
because i could materbate fine but then
hearing one of my friends talk about sex
related stuff i realized that maybe i
should be able to retract it. so this lead
me to check out this problem on the
internet and have found out pretty much
what has been said already although saying
that i didn't realize you had to wash the
inside until today. i am seriously scared
to tell anyone about this except people i
don't know on the internet so basically i
need some advise on it. e.g how to i make
it 'untight', when and how without people
finding out.
thanks allot

Hi Stephen,
It's been a while since my original reply
on here. The best advice I can give you
is go to and see your doctor (you dont
need to let anyone know you are going).
Shortly after my post above I plucked up
the courage to go and it was definitely
the right decision. All that it entailed
was me explaining to the doc what the
problem was and literally a quick 10
second examination. Depending on how
tight it is the cure may be different,
however my doctor suggested circumcision.
This may sound terrifying but I assure you
it was not as bad as you would think and
it was definitely the right thing to do
for me. If I could have had it done when
I was your age I would have.
I would however speak to a family member
(older brother, father etc) as this is
what I did and it helped A LOT.
I know this was possibly not the quick fix
you were looking for but I have not had a
single regret since.
Best of luck
