You know, I think you can ask your doctor
for something that will do that. This is
going to sound really gross but here goes:
I was on this "beauty" website one time
(keep in mind one time) and they were
talking about lightening their buttholes!
No joke. They listed something that
worked for that and I imagine the same
kind of thing would be used for your lips.
I personally have no desire to lighten my
butthole, but that is just me!Haha
sorry I cannot help more, but I would ask
your doctor because I am sure there is
something for that.
