4 days after a missed period is enough time for a pregnancy test to detect it. So I say take a test. Good luck!

I would have her check but she just left for canada she is like into art and stuff and there is a camp down there but I was reading when you have sex really hard it can make it stay away for a while I dont know if it is true or not but the last time we had sex it was hard and then I noticed the blood. Any other suggestions.

Yeah, if youre too rough you can tear a bit. I say wait until she comes back to be safe.

Yeah I will wait till she gets back but I am really worried, what do you think from the information that I gave you would you think she is pregnant or just something really weird becuase she said that a lot of times her period is like either really early like the middle of the month or the first part of the next month. Hopefully that helps please give me your info.

I would never attribute a strange period to being pregnant. That is not saying it isn't possible. Changes in age alone cause our period to become different, lighter, heavier, early, late. Stopping her birth control would cause spotting, which may have been noticed while having sex, but not necesarily caused by it. That alone could have thrown off her period also. She may also have had a slight urinary tract infection causing her to have to pee. Peeing alot is part of being pregnant, but not usually that early. She should go to a doctor. Also, if she went off the pill, and you still had sex, there is a chance she is pregant now and not before she stopped! I suggest condoms until you are ready to have children, get over whether you like them or not so you don't have to worry. I have a child conceived on birth control and foam. I never missed a pill.

Also, she can't be as concerned (really) as you are if she is on an art trip in canada.

Of course she can be just as concerned as he is. Being concerned dosn't mean she needs to put her life on hold.

Yeah since she went off birth control we have used condoms so there is a better chance that she isnt pregnant and when we didnt use condoms before we wouldnt go till either of us went we would stop and then I would use a condoms but rarly we didnt use one but I would pull out obviously that gets said alot so I dont know how well it worked. I am hoping that is starting to get it though becuase she has had cramps. Any more reaplys would be greatful

You are right of course, I cannot say she isn't concerned, I can however base my opinion on what he posts, as we do with all of our replies. That having been said, I based my opinion over her concern on one simple statement he made. "have her take a test" "i would have her check, but she left for canada" . . . Ok, she couldn't test there and maybe call? If she were overly concerned would a reasonable human being be able to assume she would take a test on her own?

However, maybe it's just me, but dropping a bomb like that on someone for them to be concerned about, then leaving to a place where she cannot be tested yet so as to either confirm it, or ease the concern if she is not...Shows lack of concern. Whether it's lack of concern for possibly being pregnant or lack of concern for his stress bombing over it I am not sure.


No I don't feel she should put her life on hold, however being the one in control of finding out if she is in fact pregnant, I feel it is irresponsible and selfish, i.E showing lack of concern to expect him to wait until her trip is through to come back and find out.

Now for dusty, yes cramps are a sign, howver the actual period will be nice as cramps are also a true sign of early pregnancy if the period doesn't follow them. They feel exactly like period cramps. Sorry if this doesn't help your optimism, I am just being realistic.
