Q: Fruit And Vegetable Wash

Does anyone have a safe and effective way of cleaning fruits
and vegetables. I am curious if there is an effective way of
removing any pesticide residue that washing simply with water
may not achieve. Thank you!

Extremely eHealthy
Pesticides etc do not just stick to the skin they get right into & through the fruit/vegetables etc so washing is pretty much useless - if you are really worried about pesticides you need to buy only organically grown fruit, vegetables etc & even then the reality is that with winds anything can be blown across!!

Personally I stick with destress - so don't get stressed & spend extra $$$ (if you can't afford it) over something that may not be any better in actual fact, espcecially if what you are eating is not making you ill!
