Extremely eHealthy
I could not say what would be best, but I think sleeping on the floor would make the rest of you feel worse.I have a friend who is a neuromuscular therapist and she recommends a firm mattress.Hope you find an answer!Patty

Sleeping on floor with thin mattress is best. What we think is a firm mattress is very likely not firm enough unless it is good quality and new.
