Has anyone ever heard of, or experienced,
seasonal insomnia? Ever since the
weather changed in april, I have had an
even more difficult time sleeping than I
normally do. My husband and I moved into
an apartment in july 2000. In april
2001, I began experiencing insomnia. I
went through the whole sleep study process
and was told there is nothing physically
wrong with me. I was getting a little
better and then in april of every year
since, it gets really bad again. I'm
beginning to think it's something in the
apartment. But how do I prove it? Or
am I just totally nuts?
