How do I distinguish between these three?
(i don't know if anyone's realized but i've made like 100 topics about this because I keep diagnosing myself.)

anyways, I had sex about a week before I started ovulating, and we used condoms with spermicide. They didn't break or anything but I have this feeling I got pregnant somehow anyways, and this very well might be a result from having a pregnancy scare from sometime before.

So like my lower right abdomin has been been...Bothering me. It's like a dull bothersome pain, and I mostly feel it when I sit up. I've had it for about three days now, and it hasn't gotten worse. I am supposed to get my period either today or tomorrow. This is worrying me very much and i'm afraid it's going to delay my period and worry me more, and at this rate, i'll never get my period.

I called my family-type doctor and he said not to worry for now, it might be from my period, and he mentioned something about a swollen ovary. I was worried about having appendicitus but I don't think I have a fever and the pain isn't sharp or severe. I did have diarrhea for about a day but it went away, and originally, that's why I thought I had the pain from.

Now my question is, which is it, if any? What is ovarian swelling? Does anyone have any comments or suggestions? Has anyone ever had appendicitus or a tubal pregnancy? If so, what are some sure-tell symptoms? When should I go to the doctor for sure? I am very afraid of doctors/hospitals, especially of hypodermic needles and such. Please, I need some insight or anything, just something to help me. Thank you.

I think you should take a pregnancy test. If your period is supposed to come tomorrow, then it is the perfect time to test. Of course you could just wait until it comes, but the pain you're describing is exactly like the pain I got when I was pregnant and my uterus began to stretch.

You can take a pregnancy test the same day you miss your period? Did you have a normal pregnancy or a tubal pregnancy? If I am pregnant, what other signs are there to imply this and not something else?
