Q: darkish / redish bumps near the back of my arms

Hi I have darkish/redish bumps near the back of my arms. I also have dark bumps in the front of my thighs and down near my ankles. Im not sure if the ones on my legs are the same as my arms. Anyways they dont itch or hurt or anything but I was wondering how to get rid of them?

I have been looking through pictures but have yet to find anything that they resemble. Any help appreciated
