Q: Help, Redness/bump On Penis

I noticed yesterday that there is redness on my penis. There is a slight (i do mean slight) bump in the middle of the redness and the redness is no bigger than the tip of an eraser on a pencil. When I touch it, there really isnt any pain, more of an annoyance... Sort of like when you touch a mosquito bite. Ive read that it might be ingrown hair, herpes, or any number of things. I wanted to get the opinion of the forum. Does herpes appear in one single bump? I thought they appear in groups. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
