Extremely eHealthy
Try out starting little first. Maybe your body is used to going on without it. Start with orange juice and toast then move up. Maybe you should try sweets everytime you start feeling sick.

Sounds like anxiety. You probably want to talk to you doctor about it if it gets worse or keeps going. I did the same thing, I could eat or be around food, as well as be out in public or go any where I didn't feel was 'safe'. Does school have you stressed out?

What are you eating for breakfast? Does the nausea start before you eat or after you have eaten? I was having blood sugar problems and I would have those same symptoms after I would eat breakfast and only breakfast. It turned out I couldn't eat anything sugary for breakfast, orange juice was the worst. So now I just eat oatmeal, eggs, or toast for breakfast and I am fine.

Nausea
Sad I have always had a problem with nausea in the morning. When I was in high school my mom used to make breakfast and all I would eat is toast and oj. If you feel sick you should eat small amounts food. Try a little yogurt, or a piece of fruit, instead of eggs and pancakes. All that heavy stuff in your stomach wont help out any. Im in the national guard and for the days I go to drill I wake up really early. I usually have oj or water and a piece of fruit or a nutri grain bar, then later in the morning have another small snack to tide me over for lunch. Hope this helps a little! :d
