Q: Which Vitamins?

Hello all,

i think I could really use some multivitamins/minerals as I know I don't eat properly, I am 20 years old and don't eat breakfast, and sometimes only have one meal, I also don't eat a wide enough range of foods to get all the vitamins I probably need. I tend to feel generally run down and ill all of the time, though that's really another story. I am guessing though, that perhaps my diet is a contributing factor to my recent poor health, and was wondering if anyone could suggest some of the best vitamin/mineral supplements to take for good general health and immune system. Which vitamins have worked best for you? I take vitamin c at the moment but that's all.

I live in england

thanks much!

Vitamins.
Hi hel,

i guess you'll need to improve on your lifestyle and diet. Is there anything that is deterring you from taking more fruits and vegetables? Those things are really important.

I would suggest you take pharmanex's lifepak. Just go to Pharmanex.Com. Under the products category, you'll see a range of supplements, including lifepak. They have all the information there, just follow the links and you'll get a very complete picture about it.

Best wishes,
francis
