Hi there, I am a 20 year old male who is engaged basically, what the problem is my fianceé as gone away for a fortnight, she is using the marvelon combined pill but has took it late a few times, one time being approximately 12 hours late but not sure whether or not it was after or before 12 hours, we have not been using any other kind of contraception other than the pill and at that night we had sexual intercourse where I happened to of ejaculated inside her, since the second day of her holiday she has suffered from sickness in the morning where it will last for a few hours and then just goes away and she has also complained about having tender breasts, the only thing is she has started to take her pill for this month back to back as to avoid going onto her period during this holiday and I was wondering if these symptoms could be because or this, or if there is a good chance of her being pregnant, what is the chance of her being pregnant?

You can't diagnose yourself by looking at the symptoms. All of those are symptoms of your period starting, switching, stopping, or starting birth control, missed pregnancies (early miscarriages that you don't even know about) and wanting to be pregnant. The only way she can know for sure is to take a pregnancy test. They are very accurate and inexpensive. Let us know how it turns out!
