Its Been a While...... We Were Robbed Posted: 07-20-04 23:05pm
Hello ...... Well two weeks ago our house
was robbed.... They got away with $40,000
worth of stuff including b'day and
christmas presents for cailey and
amber.... They are so rotten, they took
the girls toys and their jewerly, and any
thing else that was not bolted down!!!!!!!
And pauls due back in a few weeks and he
is going to flip out about it!!!!! I cant
believe this, and now the insurance is
taking for ever to pay out the
claim..........
This has me so down, just when things
start getting good, some thing always has
to happen.....
Does any one know why I could not sign in
with my old id??? Mumoftwo???

Why did you guys have christmas present
laying around in the middle of june, and
what were the present, nothing but like a
tickle me elmo right?? I am sorry that
this happened to you, it suprises me that
they did not take your computer..

The reason we had gifts is because my
friend and I had been buying one large
gift and one small gift each week, so it
was a little more than tickle me elmo.....
We had brought things like 6 volt ride on
cars, loads of fisher price toys, games,
spider man and shrek stuff, just heaps of
good stuff so all we had to buy were
stocking fillers. That way we had every
thing by our kids birthdays, my girls were
born nov 19th and dec 1st and her son oct
30th, so it made it easier around that
time of year, no rushing around trying to
get good gifts and it spread the cost
through out the year...... Good idea as
long as you are not robbed. All up I had
spent about $1600 on toys, ( yes my kids
are spoilt rotten so what?) so who ever it
was that robbed me their kids will have a
great christmas!
Yes they took my computer they took just
about every thing, tv's dvd players dvds,
all caileys movies, the microwave, my
video cameras, cameras, sound system,
power tools, I am talking every thing
except furniture! I am using the
computer at my mum and dads house at the
moment, that is why I have internet
access. The worst part is that any thing
I dont have receipts for ( the toys
receipts were with the toys!!!! So now we
have to buy every thing again) the
insurance does not cover! So quite alot
of what we had will not be covered by
insurance.
Thankyou all for the condolences, they
found one good set of prints where the
person got in so hopefully soon the so and
so will be caught!!!!!
