Q: How Exactly Do You Clean.....

I know this sounds kinda wierd, but how exactly do you clean your vagina? I get sore from using a washcloth. Do you clean inside of the vagina lips? I don't douche, so how would I get inside of my hole? Do I clean that with a washcloth, too? It seems like now that i'm having sex, I can never clean myself that well without being sore from rubbing with a washcloth. I don't know if i'm washing it the wrong way...

Basically all you have to do is just wash down there like you would wipe after going to the bathroom.. I don't think its necessary to scrub, as that could definitely cause irritation and soreness. As for cleaning inside of you, thats not necessary at all because your body automatically does that for you (thats what discharge is for). If you still find that using a washcloth is causing you too much irritation, invest in special cloths that are made for washing down there, such as tucks. Hope this helped.

Well,as cherry said, the vagina is a self-cleaning body part.If a washcloth is too irritating, jusy get your hand soapy and gently clean the outer surfaces.Use a very mild soap and very gentle motions, you don't need to scrub.I would also not use fruityor deodorant soaps, fragrances can also cause irritation.Go easy on colored soaps, too. The less artificial scents and colors the better. That goes for your toilet paper as well-no colored paper, only white!Hope that helps!Patty

You don't have to use ordinary soaps because that can cause irritation if you have sensitive skin . You can buy summer's eve feminine wash , it's in the women isle. After you use it ,you'll feel fresh . Just put alittle bit on your hands or wash cloth and clean it . It's pretty simple! =)
