Q: Diflucan For Yeast Infection Anyone?

I've took a diflucan one-time pill prescribed by my doctor for a yeast infection. I've noticed a thick white discharge in the 2-3 days (and still coming) after taking the pill. Is this just a side effect or does it show the pill is working to clear it up? I never had the disharge before with the yeast infection, it may have been up in there though.

Extremely eHealthy
Diflucan
I have taken diflucan before and it does work.It is not the immediate relief that you get from the topical creams, but you don't have the mess. The discharge is one of the signs of a yeast infection, perhaps you caught it early ,before the discharge started and it is showing up now.You should be better in a few days. :)patty
