I am a 26 year old male and have a small pea sized lump under underneath my skin located at the base of my the back of my neck right above my shoulder blades. I have had this lump for years and it has not gone away nor has it grown. It is not painful and it is moveable with the skin. I used to have pretty bad acne on my neck and back and popped them repeaditly. I did get acne in this location. My question is could this be from acne or is it sometime of cancer??? Or what else could this be??? I have had a blood test recenty and everything was normal. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks

It could just be a cyst.. My father had one in the same location. They are harmless. He kept it there for years and then it started to grow and had it removed. If it bothers you, you can have them removed fairly easily by a doctor. I would not get worried unless it starts to grow/change shape or get inflammed.
