Extremely eHealthy
Yes It Seems So.
Obviously if you have an illness or anything then there's little you can do.

But research is indicating that there are supplements (dhea is one) that can prolong life & quality of life. It does also depend on your diet, lifestyle & general health etc. So I would suggest that you research via google or yahoo asking questions like "what supplements can improve health" improve brain/mind function, what foods can do these things. Also there are on-line stores smart nutrition & synergy being a couple which sell supplements to help many things re improving quality of life.

Improving life quality can also increase life span - if you lose your memory you forget to eat, or take meds etc so die if your memory & mind stay fit you are more likely to stay fit & so liev longer.

Also there are machines like ces or sound/light machines (alpha-stim.Com or dynamind.Com) which help you relax, sleep better, reduce headaches, pain etc etc etc & so as you are less stressed you are less likely to get ill, have heart attacks etc & so live longer.

Searching For the Fountain of Youth
Paul zane pilzer in "the wellness revolution" suggests that nutrition may well be a substantive answer to extending longevity and better health. At the same time, general improvements to eating habits also contribute to slowing aging and improving health.

Paul also suggests that the baby boom generation is searching for longer life and better health over that longer period. That is driving some fo the heightened demand for supplements.

Much data is available online that indicates the positive results from improved supplements. That data also indicates that processed foods are related to much of our health problems.

Since nearly everything we eat is processed, supplements offer the potential of improved health. Since life is somewhat more stress filled than is historically the case, supplements again offer the possibility of reducing health risks.

Idea check out a website calle realage.Com. You can take a test to see if your lifestyle is aging you or keeping you youthful. There's also a book by the same name which has lots of helpful hints.

What Did Founder of Herbalife Die Of?
A few years ago, the founder of herbalife died at a very young age--like in his 40's. Anyway, i've heard different stories; mainly that he was an avid consumer of herbalife products. Did they ever tie his death to his use of herbal supplements, i.E, ephedra?
