Ive been doing a low carb diet since april
but have noticed now im losing hair its on
my pillow in the morning and every tug
around 4 or 5 hairs fall out.
Before the diet I was a sugar junk food
addict could the diet be contributing to
this hair loss as its the only reason I
can find.
Though the strands I pull out do not have
white bulbs at the end but instead a lot
of my hair has frizzed up.
Are these symptoms of telogen effluvium
even though my pulled out hairs dont have
the white bulb at the end?
Im really worried being 19 I dont want to
lose my hair so quickly and go bald please
help.
