I have a ganglion cyst. I have had it removed via needle twice, and was told that the next step is surgery. I am currently waiting for health insurance to kick in before the next step. But just the other day I noticed that the area of the cyst is now discolored. It's a small white patch that has been getting bigger. Is this anything I should be concerned about? Should I talk to my doctor before the insurance comes in, or can it wait?
