Q: Dyspepsia & Excess Body Heat -- Any Connection?

I am currently being treated for what may or may not be dyspepsia, a bad reaction to stomach acid. I'm taking nexium for a month to see if my symptoms are reduced.

In the time since this problem began, I seem to be producing an unusual amount of body heat. Some days, my underarms and/or the area between my chest and my shirt get extremely hot. Could there be a connection to the other problem or could it be something else?

I know this is a really late response, but I have the same thing going on with me and it is very strange and I cant really determine what exactly provokes this sudden spike in temperature/heat. But, it has been a few years so maybe you know what it is?

Heat in legs
Hi my name is Fred, am 59 years old and a diabetic. I have this heat in my legs, and the doctor says it is the sugar doing this. Sometimes I have pain in my back, going to my leg and the heat is unbearable, it is like I am sitting close to a fire heater. My doctor has booked me to get a nerves test because I wanted to find out what the problem is, and then if this nerves test doesnt show anything, I have to go and get an MRI. Can anyone tell me if they have this problem and what I can do?

thanks,
Fred

Hi,
This is Bala and am suffering from digestive disorders. I also realize excess heat on my stomach in addition to digestive disorders. Is there someone who can answer me the cause and cure for this?...
